At Bashra Beauty, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of every product we offer. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.


General Return Conditions

We accept returns only under the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
  • After 48 hours, all sales are considered final — no exceptions.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Email us at beautybashra@gmail.com 
  2. Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only after the following conditions are met:

  • The complete order is returned in its original, unopened condition
  • Our team has inspected and approved the returned item
  • Refunds are applied to your original payment method once approved

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Shipping Issue Reporting

If your package is not delivered as expected, you must report the issue within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Delays in reporting may limit our ability to investigate or process a resolution.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and paid. All orders are processed immediately upon placement and cannot be reversed.
