At Bashra Beauty, we take pride in offering premium natural Moroccan and Sudanese skincare products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare products (argan oil, rose water, beldi soap, rhassoul clay, etc.)
- Kessa gloves or any personal care tools that have been used
- Gift sets or bundles that have been partially opened
- Sale or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
